Roberts to Maximize Client Profitability; will Oversee User Education and Productivity

In her new position Roberts is responsible for reviewing the clients’ system usage reports to ensure operators are receiving maximum revenue and productivity benefits from the hotel SalesPro, hotel CateringPro, and hotel ServicePro solutions. Ms. Roberts has been with hotel SystemsPro for four years and previously held management positions with Marriott, Hilton, Radisson and IHG properties. She is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University.
