Sales leads come to Highpointe’s property teams from a number of channels, explains Jacobs. Additional lead sources include convention and visitors bureaus and corporate event booking companies such as Helms Briscoe and Cvent. All leads go into hotel SalesPro’s centralized system. “When we get a lead, we check to see if they have an account with us,” says Jacobs. “We look at the company’s past consumption and rates to help us generate the most profitable proposal.”
